Manuscript Submission Guidelines:

The manuscript should represent original work, not published previously in print or electronic form. The text should be approximately 20 pages, double-spaced, in 12 pt. Times New Roman typeface, and introduced with a 150-word abstract. There should be a one-inch margin on all sides of an 8 ½ x 11-inch page. The manuscript should conform to the specifications of the APA Style, Seventh Edition, published. A reasonable number of clear tables and/or figures may be included at the text.

Manuscript Review and Selection:

The corresponding author will receive a notice of receipt of the manuscript within two weeks and if accepted for review, they will receive the reviewers’ decision within one month. Four types of decisions are made: Accept as submitted, Accept with minor revisions, Accept with major revisions, or Not accepted. All manuscripts will be judged on adherence to the Guidelines for Authors, the quality and significance of the content, the inclusion of a valid discussion of implications for practice in the broader field of education, and the clarity and cohesion of the text.

Authors must propose three reviewers for their manuscripts. These reviewers should be international in scope and at least one of them should be from a country speaking the language of the research as a first language. For special issues, referees are asked first to judge the quality of a proposal, and then to judge the entire contents of a draft issue.

Fees:

1. Fees of Plagiarism Checking

• Faculty members and junior staff from the university pay 100 EGP.
• Concerning faculty members and junior staff outside the university as well as research students inside and outside the university, 120 EGP is paid.
• As for foreigners and expatriates, they pay 40 dollars. 

2. Peer-reviewing Fees

• 500 EGP for manuscripts from Egyptian authors.
• 50$ for manuscripts from foreign authors.
• If the revision process need a third reviewer, an excess charge fee is required, 250 EGP for Egyptian authors - 25$ for manuscripts from foreign authors.

3. Publication Fees

• 800 EGP /10 pages paper, for paper from Egyptian Port Said University members and 15 EGP for any excess page.
• 1000 EGP /10 pages paper, from Egyptian non-Port Said University members and 20 EGP for any excess page.
• 1200 EGP /10 pages paper, from seconded Egyptian Port Said University members, and 20 EGP for any excess page.
• 250$/10 pages paper, for paper from non-Egyptian authors and 7$ for any excess page.
